Network Rail Head Quarters

Working closely with consultants URS at design stage providing 3D Switchboard Drawings for Room Layouts and with BAM Engineering Services this ensured that spacial planning, cable routes and bus bar orientation were all developed and finalised prior to any Switchgear being installed on site.

ICW Powermode were employed to Manufacture, Supply, Install and Commission the complete Low Voltage System for the four office buildings.

This included the following items:

• Three 1500kVA and one 1000kVA  Packaged Substation each with HV Switch, Cast Resin Transformer and Form 4 Type 6 LV Switchboard.
• Four fully rated Voltage Optimisers.
• UPS Input/Output Switchboards.
• Sub Distribution Panels – composite Distribution Boards.
• Energy Management System providing real time information and screen display for monitoring the buildings.
