Replacement of 2 Main LV Switchboard was required as a part of the existing stringent requirements operated and used by Societe Generale.

ICW Powermode were contracted by Grattes to design, manufacture and install 2 new Switchboards that could replace the existing without the need to divert any of the existing cable works.

After careful consideration and attention to design detail. ICW Powermode manufactured a Form 4.5 LV Switchboard to BSEN 61439 standards and replaced each section of switchboards within an agreed timescale. From Friday evenings to Sunday afternoons relevant switchboards would be transferred out in a very orderly and professional manner allowing the facility to trade as normal come Monday morning.

An EPMS and Data Acquisition system was provided with access onto the ethernet communication network using ICP/IP protocols. The EPMS and Data system gathered together all the critical electrical status alarms in one common network. The EPMS displays current and historical data values from the LV Switchboard meters, Generators system meters and UPS system meters using a fibre optic network link between each of the key critical systems.
